We support social projects of foundations and associations that work for the wellbeing of people. Holiday plans for vulnerable groups are eligible for a grant as well. Whether the contribution is small or large, you are warmly invited to submit an application. Applications are welcome all year round.

We provide financial contributions to social projects that contribute to the wellbeing of people. We focus on initiatives that respond to social challenges, such as the consequences of poverty, early school leaving, unequal opportunity among children, loneliness among older people and other social questions. The aim is to offer people more opportunity, to increase their self reliance and to strengthen their participation in society. Think for instance of projects around:
- poverty relief
- homework support
- after school activities for children and young people
- support for neighbourhood centres
- domestic violence
- quality of life in the neighbourhood
- preventing or reducing early school leaving
- parenting support
- tackling loneliness
- addiction problems
- activities for older people
- help for refugees and migrant workers
- countering the exclusion of, for example, LGBTIQ++ people
- support for mental health

Micro project / holiday plan
The micro form is meant for small social initiatives. Holiday plans for vulnerable groups are eligible for a micro application as well.
You can submit a micro application when:
- the grant applied for is no more than XCG 15,000;
- the total project budget is no higher than XCG 30,000.
Informal organisations (organisations without legal personality) can only submit a micro application. The following conditions apply to these organisations:
- the grant applied for is no more than XCG 4,000;
- the total project budget is no more than XCG 10,000;
- the contribution of Kurason pa Kòrsou is no more than 50% of the total project budget.
Macro project
Organisations with legal personality, such as foundations and associations, use the macro form when the grant applied for is more than XCG 15,000.
Step by step
1. Submit your application
Use the right application form to submit your project. Once you have filled in the form completely, send it together with all the requested attachments to the project adviser. A complete application prevents delay and allows us to assess your application faster.
2. Assessment of your application
The project adviser assesses your application. If information is missing or clarification is needed, the adviser contacts you and helps you to complete your application.
As soon as the application is complete it is forwarded to the participating funds. Together they assess which fund suits your project best.
The fund that handles your application takes the final decision. You then receive a letter stating whether your application has been approved or rejected. If several funds contribute to your project, you are informed about that as well.
3. Processing time
When planning your project, take the processing time of your application into account.
- A micro application is usually handled within 1 to 2 months.
- A macro application takes 4 to 6 months on average.
We therefore advise you to submit your application well before the start of your project.
